Step 1
The visitor is able to show his interest for Meet Lingerie by sending an e-mail to
meetlingerie@eurovet.fr


Step 2
-You will receive an e-mail with a link to the already filled-in application form of your company and your purchasing needs.
-You have to fill in the form and provide as many details as possible.
-This form will be available to exhibitors who will be able to consult your anonymous information sheet: neither your brand name nor your name will be revealed to exhibitors prior to your agreement to organize a meeting.


Step 3
3 weeks to 2 weeks prior to the trade fair:
you will carry out a thorough search for exhibitors and will have the possibility to request meetings.


Step 4
3 weeks to 2 weeks:
at the same time, exhibitors will consult your anonymous form and request meetings at the trade fair. Since your sheet is anonymous, your usual suppliers are likely to request meetings with you.


Step 5
10 days prior to the trade fair:
exhibitors and buyers will either accept or refuse requests for meetings. Your name is only revealed to the exhibitors you wish to meet.


Step 6
A few days before the trade fair:
you will receive your final meetings schedule according to the accepted meetings and the availability of all parties.
