•Stock area from 27 square meters (with door locked by key, 1 shelf, 1 hook block, 1 block of 3 electric sockets)
•Hooked rug (color chosen by fair organizer)

FREE EXPRESSION
STAND
Beginning at 63 m²
•A three-dimensional lighting structure, suspended 4 meters above the ground and set back 1 meter from stand edge.
•A lighting selection adapted to your presentation objectives which can be used up to your lighting allowance (according to stand surface)
•Hooked rug (color chosen by fair organizer)
•Without separation partitions. Plan to install them yourself if your stand is not a separate island.
•Electricity plugs evolve in relation to your stand size.
•Any project for installing the stand must be submitted to the fair organizer for approval
Specifics of the free expression stand
•Lighting fixtures: fixtures are identical for all Free Expression stands and must not be brought in by your stand decorator. Installation of lighting fixtures and spotlights is done by fair installer, under the organizer’s responsability. It is forbidden for exhibitors or their decorators to add other elements (spotlights, signage …) without previous agreement of organizer.
•Rug: the Free Expression stand is delivered with a rug on the ground and no wood floor. |
